CUSTOM INSTRUMENT ORDERS
In placing an order for a custom instrument, you have the opportunity to specify, at no extra charge, neck width and shape as well as desired tonal qualities. I also welcome the opportunity to discuss with you the variety of options that will make your instrument unique. Among the most requested options are European and Sitka spruce tops; European maple backs and sides; one-piece big leaf maple neck, custom inlay work; and Calton fiberglass cases. Please contact me for specific options available on your instrument.
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
When ordering your custom instrument, a $500,- deposit is required. At that time, I will give you an estimated date of completion as well as “lock-in” your quoted price until your instrument is finished. When the rough box of the guitar is finished a second payment of $1000,= is required. When your instrument is completed, the final payment must be made. Your instrument will then be shipped via UPS overnight service with full insurance or you can collect your instrument at my shop.
